Shipping Policy

     
  1. All items are shipped from our distribution centers or straight from us.

     
  2. Shipping charges are in addition to any prices listed on our website.

     
    Damaged Merchandise

     
  1. While we make every effort to have your order arrive safely, we cannot assume responsibility for damage caused by the carrier. The responsibility for damage to your order after it leaves our shipping dock rests entirely with the carrier, whether damage is visible or concealed.

     
  2. Inspect your shipment immediately. Insist that visible damages be indicated on all copies of the freight bill or be noted by UPS/FEDEX.

     
  3. Inspect your shipment within 5 days of delivery and check for concealed damage.

     
  4. In case of damage, notify the delivering carrier immediately and request that an inspection be made. Save all cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise!

     
    Return Merchandise

     
  1. All claims for defective merchandise must be made by you to the carrier and reported to bookdisplay.net within 5 days of receipt of delivery.

     
  2. Do not return merchandise without prior authorization.

     
  3. Returned merchandise will not be accepted by us from the carrier unless you have notified us and we have authorized it.

     
  4. If the returned merchandise has not been authorized by bookdisplay.net and it is inadvertently accepted, your rights to a refund may be forfeited.

     
  5. All requests for return of non-defective, non-damaged merchandise must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery and may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.

    Tax

     

  7. We are required to charge Oklahoma State Tax on all orders that ship to an address within Oklahoma State. The tax rate will be the local rate at the address to where the package is sent.
